Amen to this. This is happening all over the U.S. generally, but I see the exact same thing happening at Dell. People who are just trying to hold onto their jobs or just wait for work are getting their jobs moved to China or India. Why should a company in the U.S. pay someone more to do the same job as someone in one of these countries that might be better educated, perform better, and certainly get paid less? People with high levels of skill, initiative, and flexible/creative thinking are in demand and will always be employed.
